(Austin, TX, - March 19, 2009)—Encompass Work & Family announces the launch of InstantMotivator.com, a new online software tool for counselors that allows prescribed reminders, affirmations and/or therapeutic goals to be automatically sent to clients as a message to their text device or email at any time interval. Counselors can sign up as Instant Motivator providers and offer their clients a discounted subscription rate from the normal $9.99 monthly fee while supplementing their income and their counseling services.

"The key to Instant Motivator is that it can help counselors and their clients by cutting through the ‘automated pilot’ response of negative thinking and unhealthy habits by behaviorally training the brain to form new neural pathways of positive thinking that are needed for healing and growth," says Kimberly Key, founder of Encompass Work & Family.

InstantMotivator.com can be accessed directly by anyone for $9.99 per month, where messages can be typed and edited as often as desired along with any choice of time intervals (from hourly, daily, and weekly). Counselors can utilize InstantMotivator.com and directly prescribe messages for their clients while receiving a portion of the fee along with giving their clients a discount off the standard rate. The range of time expected of Instant Motivator to help transform behavior can vary and may take 6 months to one year or more depending on the situation and levels of training.
